Preparation

Prepare the Shrimp

1. Season the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine the shrimp with salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly and set aside for 10 minutes.

Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
