Rinse the New Zealand green-lipped mussels under cold running water. Scrub the shells with a brush to remove any dirt or debris. Discard any mussels that are open and do not close when tapped.

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Rinse the fresh basil leaves and pat them dry. Tear the basil leaves into smaller pieces.

Add Mussels and Seasoning
