Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more pineapple juice to reach your desired consistency.

Prepare Glasses
Pour the blended mixture into chilled glasses, filling each glass about three-quarters full.

Garnish each glass with a maraschino cherry, a wedge of fresh pineapple, and a sprinkle of coconut flakes on top.
