Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Vegetables
Add the sliced bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Add Spinach and Tomatoes
Stir in the cherry tomatoes and spinach leaves. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften.
Combine and Serve

Combine Pasta and Vegetables
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine.

Season the Dish
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss everything together until well mixed.
