Burger Preparation

Prepare the Patties
In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into three equal patties.

Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

Cook the Bacon
In a separate skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each bun, add a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, a cooked patty, bacon slices, pickles, and onions. Top with the other half of the bun.

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel and cut the potatoes into fries.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Potatoes
Carefully add the fries to the hot oil in batches and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per batch.

Drain and Season
Remove fries with a slotted spoon, drain on paper towels, and sprinkle with salt.
Coleslaw Preparation

Shred the Cabbage and Carrots
Finely shred the green cabbage and carrots.

Make the Dressing
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Combine and Chill
Add the shredded cabbage and carrots to the dressing and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
