In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

Slowly pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until you achieve a smooth batter.

Preheat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F (175°C).

Dip each cheese curd into the batter, ensuring they are completely coated.

Carefully drop the battered cheese curds into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding.

Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes, then remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
House-made Ranch Dressing Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream. Whisk together until creamy and smooth.
