Chill the Glass
Start by placing your serving glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes to chill it.

Prepare the Ice
While the glass is chilling, gather your ice cubes and place them in a bowl or container.

Slice the Lemon
Take a fresh lemon and slice it into thin rounds. Set aside one slice for garnish.

Fill the Glass
Once the glass is chilled, remove it from the freezer and fill it with the ice cubes until it is about halfway full.
