Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss the mixed mushrooms with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden and tender.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the ricciarelle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the roasted mushrooms and truffle cream. Stir in the cooked pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve

Plate the pasta, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Add additional black pepper if desired. Serve immediately.
