Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the double-smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Caramelize the Onions

In the same skillet, add onions and sauté on low heat until they are golden brown and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Beef Patties

Season the Angus beef patties with salt and black pepper. Grill or pan-fry them over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of farm-house cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns lightly. Spread a generous amount of house burger aioli on the bottom bun, add the beef patty with melted cheddar, top with caramelized onions and crispy bacon before placing the top bun.

Fries Preparation

  1. 6

    Cook the Fries

Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions, typically baking or frying until golden and crispy. Season with salt.
