Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sugar until well combined.

Soak the Brioche
Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for about 30 seconds on each side.

Cook the French Toast
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a little butter. Cook the soaked brioche slices for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Serving

Plate and Serve
Place the cooked French toast on plates, dollop with mascarpone cheese, and top with fresh berries. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
