Wood Grilled Brewhouse Burger Recipe
Wood grilled fresh beef patty, shaved red onion, tomato, pickles, iceberg, BrewHouse dressing on a brioche bun. Choice of blue cheese crumbles, aged Boar’s Head Vermont cheddar or deli Swiss. Served with fries. Gluten Free and Vegetarian Available

Burger Preparation

Prepare the Grill
Preheat your wood grill to a medium-high heat.

Form the Patties
Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each.

Season the Patties
Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper to taste.

Grill the Patties
Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Toast the Buns
During the last minute of grilling, place the brioche buns on the grill to toast lightly.

Assemble the Burgers
On the bottom half of each bun, layer iceberg lettuce, the grilled patty, sliced tomato, shaved red onion, pickles, and your choice of cheese. Drizzle with BrewHouse dressing and top with the other half of the bun.

Serve immediately with your choice of fries on the side.
