Burger Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Beef Patties
Form the ground beef into two equal patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Season both sides with salt and pepper to taste.
- 2
Preheat the Grill
Prepare your wood grill by allowing it to heat up to medium-high heat.
- 3
Grill the Patties
Place the beef patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- 4
Toast the Buns
During the last minute of grilling, place the brioche buns cut side down on the grill to toast them lightly.
- 5
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted bun, layer the iceberg lettuce, grilled beef patty, shaved red onion, tomato slices, pickles, and your choice of cheese. Drizzle with BrewHouse dressing (recipe below) and top with the other half of the bun.
- 6
BrewHouse Dressing
In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
