Prepare the Crust
In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well mixed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.

Make the Peanut Butter Filling
In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth out the top.

Prepare the Chocolate Ganache
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the Guittard chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Pour the ganache over the peanut butter filling, spreading it evenly.

Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set. Just before serving, drizzle chocolate sauce over the top, slice, and enjoy!
