Ingredients: 2 large Lime zest; 0.5 cups Granulated sugar; 0.5 cups Water

Influenced by lager styles from Japan, Germany and the American prohibition. This light bodied, golden lager is our original brew, and a national award winning beer in 2023. It has a malt forward backbone that is accentuated by a crisp, dry finish.

In a small saucepan, combine lime zest, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool, and strain the zest.
