Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Garlic Herb Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and fresh herbs, stirring occasionally until the garlic is fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. 3

    Steam the Crab Legs

Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Place the crab legs in a steamer basket and insert it into the pot. Cover and steam the crab legs for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.

  4. 4

    Grill the Broccolini

While the crab is steaming, heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Toss the broccolini with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
