Preparation of Cured Meats

    Slice the Meats

    Carefully slice the prosciutto, salami, and capicola into thin strips. Arrange them on a large serving platter.

    Cut the Parmesan cheese into small cubes, slice the mozzarella into rounds, and crumble the gorgonzola. Scatter the cheese pieces on the platter with the meats.
