Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Mince the Garlic
Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

Chop the Parsley
Finely chop the fresh parsley and set aside for garnish.
Cooking

Sear the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the white wine and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add the chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers, and bring to a simmer.

Combine Chicken and Sauce
Return the seared chicken breasts to the skillet, cover, and let simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Serve the chicken breasts drizzled with the lemon-caper sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
