Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with bread crumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken tender first in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the bread crumb mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- 4
Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken tenders and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- 5
Assemble the Dish
In a baking dish, spread a layer of Mama’s sauce. Place the cooked chicken tenders on top and cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
- 6
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 7
Serve
Serve the baked Chicken Parmesan over the cooked spaghetti, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
