1. Prepare the Breading

In three separate shallow bowls, set up a breading station: one with flour mixed with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder; the second with beaten eggs and milk; and the third with bread crumbs.

2. Bread the Chicken and Shrimp

Dip each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the bread crumbs. For the shrimp, follow the same process.

3. Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

4. Fry the Chicken and Shrimp

Carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Repeat the process with the shrimp, frying for 2-3 minutes until they are opaque and golden.
