Method
Onion Rings

Prepare the Onions
Slice the onions into thick rings and separate them.

Make the Batter
In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Gradually whisk in the ice-cold water until smooth.

Heat the Oil
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 365°F (185°C).

Fry the Onion Rings
Dip each onion ring into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, and carefully place them in the hot oil.

Drain and Serve
Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare Coating
In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and salt.

Coat the Cheese Sticks
Dip each mozzarella stick in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

Heat the Oil
Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep fryer or skillet.

Drain and Serve
Fry the cheese sticks until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Cream Cheese Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers

Prepare Jalapenos
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds.

Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.

Stuff the Jalapenos
Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.

Coat the Jalapenos
Roll the stuffed jalapenos in breadcrumbs until fully coated.

Place jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.

Dip each mushroom in flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
