Method

Onion Rings

    Prepare the Onions

    Slice the onions into thick rings and separate them.

    Make the Batter

    In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Gradually whisk in the ice-cold water until smooth.

    Heat the Oil

    Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 365°F (185°C).

    Fry the Onion Rings

    Dip each onion ring into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, and carefully place them in the hot oil.

    Drain and Serve

    Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Mozzarella Sticks

    Prepare Cheese and Eggs

    Cut mozzarella sticks in half if desired. Beat the eggs in a bowl.

    In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and salt.

    Dip each mozzarella stick in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

Cream Cheese Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds.

    In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.

    Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
