Prepare the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; a few lumps are okay. Do not overmix.

Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes more. Repeat with remaining batter.

Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, and milk. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and heated through. Remove from heat.
