Prepare the Steak and Vegetables

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and cumin. Rub this mixture all over the top sirloin steak and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

While the steak is marinating, slice the onion, bell peppers, and tomatoes into thin strips. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions and bell peppers first, cooking for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften. Add the tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is tender. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.

In small bowls, arrange the guacamole, shredded Colby Jack cheese, sour cream, and salsa cruda for serving.
