Method

Egg Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, heat the butter or oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook the eggs to your liking: sunny-side up, over-easy, scrambled, or however you prefer.

Side Preparation

  1. 2

    Prepare the Hash Browns

If using frozen hash browns, cook according to package instructions until crispy. If using fresh, shred the potatoes, rinse them, then cook in a skillet with a bit of oil over medium heat until browned and cooked through.

  2. 3

    Cook the Bacon or Sausage

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. If using sausage links, cook them according to the package instructions until browned and cooked through.

Carb Preparation

  1. 4

    Toast

Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

  2. 5

    Hotcake

Prepare the hotcake according to your favorite recipe or package instructions. Serve warm.

  3. 6

    Biscuit with Gravy

If using pre-made biscuits, bake according to package instructions. For the gravy, heat the gravy in a saucepan until warmed through, and serve over the biscuit.
