Waffle Preparation

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp sugar, and 0.5 tsp salt until well combined.

    Combine Wet Ingredients

    In another bowl, beat 2 eggs, then add 1.5 cups milk and 0.5 cups melted butter. Mix until smooth.

    Combine Mixtures

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in 0.5 cups sugar pearls.

    Heat Waffle Iron

    Preheat your waffle iron according to manufacturer instructions.

    Cook Waffles

    Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown and crispy. Repeat until all batter is used.

    In a bowl, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour, 0.5 cup cornstarch, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 0.5 tsp black pepper.

    Prepare Breading Station

    In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and 0.5 cups milk. Set up a breading station with the flour mixture, egg mixture, and 1.5 cups breadcrumbs.

    Bread Chicken Tenders

    Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside.

    Heat Oil

    In a large skillet, heat 2 cups of oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
