Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken tenders with salt and black pepper, then fry them until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- 2
Toss the Chicken
In a bowl, toss the fried chicken tenders with the Genny Nashville sauce until evenly coated.
- 3
Assemble the Hoagies
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the hoagie rolls open and lightly toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes. Add the sauced chicken tenders to each hoagie roll, top with pepperjack cheese, sweet coleslaw, and sliced pickles.

Serve
Serve the hoagies immediately while warm, and enjoy your Nashville Chicken Hoagie!
