Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mushrooms

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Cook the Burger

Shape the ground beef into a patty and season with salt and black pepper. In a separate skillet, cook the patty over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Melt the Cheese

During the last minute of cooking the burger, place the slice of Swiss cheese on top of the patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the brioche bun lightly. Place the cooked burger with melted cheese on the bottom half of the bun, then top with sautéed mushrooms. Cover with the other half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the mushroom burger hot with your favorite sides.
