Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, ensure the coals are ashed over.

  4. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

While the salmon is grilling, toss the seasonal vegetables in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill them for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once the salmon and vegetables are done, remove them from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon with the seasonal vegetables on the side.
