Prepare the Breading
In a shallow bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and 1 tsp of onion powder.

Fry the Steaks
In a large skillet, heat 2 cups of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded steaks and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Add Milk and Season
Slowly whisk in 2 cups of milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Season with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of black pepper. Cook until the gravy thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
Eggs

Cook the Eggs
In a separate skillet, melt 2 tbs of butter over medium heat. Crack 4 large eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.).
