Method
Salad Preparation
- 1
Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
- 2
Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
While the chicken is grilling, rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- 3
Slice the Cherry Tomatoes
Wash the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half.
- 4
Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced cherry tomatoes, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese. Add the sliced grilled chicken on top.
Dressing Preparation
- 5
Make the Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, anchovy paste, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
- 6
Dress the Salad
Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
