Prepare the Orange Sauce
In a bowl, mix together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger until well combined. Set aside.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken breast and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

Add Broccoli
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.

Combine with Sauce
Pour the orange sauce over the chicken and broccoli mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and bubbles.

Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
