Preparation
1. Cook the Noodles

3. Cook the Pork
In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground pork. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula.
4. Prepare Toppings
Chop scallions finely and prepare peanuts by roughly crushing them.
Assembly
5. Combine and Serve
In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles with the spicy sauce and cooked pork. Toss well to coat. Top with chopped scallions and crushed peanuts before serving.
