Method

Protein

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the steak with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Shrimp

In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper.

Fried Rice

  1. 4

    Fry the Rice

In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add green peas and diced carrots and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Push to one side and scramble the eggs on the other side until fully cooked. Mix everything together.

  2. 5

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked rice and soy sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine and fry for another 5 minutes until heated through. Add chopped green onions before serving.

Veggies

  1. 6

    Sauté the Veggies

In a separate skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and zucchini. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

House Salad

  1. 7

    Toss the Salad

In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced cucumber. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss well to combine.
