Steak

Method

Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust time for desired doneness.

Shrimp

  1. 3

    Prepare the Shrimp

In a bowl, toss the large shrimp with lemon juice, paprika, and a pinch of salt.

  2. 4

    Cook the Shrimp

In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.

Fried Rice

  1. 5

    Cook the Eggs

In a large pan, scramble the eggs over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  2. 6

    Stir-fry the Rice

In the same pan, add sesame oil, cooked rice, green peas, diced carrots, and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until heated through.

  3. 7

    Combine with Eggs

Add the scrambled eggs back to the rice mixture and stir in sliced green onions. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Veggies

  1. 8

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. 9

    Add Broccoli and Peppers

Add broccoli florets and bell pepper slices to the skillet, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.

House Salad

  1. 10

    Prepare the Salad

In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

  2. 11

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
