Hibachi Steak

House Salad

Method

Hibachi Steak

  1. 1

    Marinate the Steak

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper. Add the steak, ensuring it is fully coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Fried Rice

  1. 3

    Prepare the Fried Rice

In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Push eggs to the side and add cooked rice, soy sauce, peas and carrots, and green onions. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until everything is heated through.

Veggies

  1. 4

    Stir-Fry the Veggies

In a separate skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add zucchini, mushrooms, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until veggies are tender. Add soy sauce and cook for an additional minute.

House Salad

  1. 5

    Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, diced tomato, and sliced cucumber. Toss with your choice of salad dressing just before serving.
