Method

Hibachi Shrimp

  1. 1

    Marinate the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine the shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Shrimp

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Fried Rice

  1. 3

    Prepare the Fried Rice

In a separate skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

  2. 4

    Add the Eggs

Push the carrots to one side of the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, then mix them with the carrots.

  3. 5

    Combine with Rice

Add the cooked rice and peas to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine all ingredients. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.

  4. 6

    Finish with Green Onions

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions before serving.

Veggies

  1. 7

    Sauté the Veggies

In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

  2. 8

    Season the Veggies

Pour in the soy sauce and stir to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional minute and remove from heat.

House Salad

  1. 9

    Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

  2. 10

    Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper to taste.

  3. 11

    Dress the Salad

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine just before serving.
