Hibachi Shrimp

Marinate the Shrimp
In a bowl, combine the shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Combine with Rice
Add the cooked rice and peas to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine all ingredients. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.

Finish with Green Onions
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions before serving.

Season the Veggies
Pour in the soy sauce and stir to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional minute and remove from heat.
House Salad

Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper to taste.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine just before serving.
