Hibachi Salmon

Method

Hibachi Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are coated well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Salmon

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

  4. 4

    Garnish

Sprinkle sliced green onions over the salmon before serving.

Fried Rice

  1. 5

    Prepare the Ingredients

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Scramble the eggs and set aside.

  2. 6

    Cook the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add diced carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add peas and cooked rice, stirring to combine.

  3. 7

    Add Seasoning

Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well. Add the scrambled eggs and chopped green onions. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Veggies

  1. 8

    Prepare the Vegetables

In a separate skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add sliced zucchini, bell peppers, and broccoli florets.

  2. 9

    Cook the Vegetables

Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Add soy sauce and mix well before serving.

House Salad

  1. 10

    Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

  2. 11

    Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 12

    Toss the Salad

Drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
