Hibachi Salmon

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

Marinate the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are coated well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Sprinkle sliced green onions over the salmon before serving.

Prepare the Ingredients
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Scramble the eggs and set aside.

Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well. Add the scrambled eggs and chopped green onions. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
