Method

Hibachi Lobster

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Preheat the grill or hibachi to medium-high heat. Cut the lobster tails down the center of the shell and gently pry them open.

  2. 2

    Season the Lobster

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the lobster tails.

  3. 3

    Grill the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

Fried Rice

  1. 4

    Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the green onions and set aside. Beat the eggs in a bowl.

  2. 5

    Cook the Fried Rice

In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the green onions and sauté for about 1 minute.

  3. 6

    Add Rice and Veggies

Add the cooked rice, frozen peas and carrots, and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until heated through.

  4. 7

    Scramble the Eggs

Push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet, pour in the beaten eggs and scramble. Once cooked, mix everything together and season with salt.

Veggies

  1. 8

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the zucchini and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 9

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini, bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Season with salt and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

House Salad

  1. 10

    Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced cucumber.

  2. 11

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.
