    Cook Edamame

    In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the edamame and cook for about 5 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.

    Mix Sauce

    In a bowl, combine the Japanese mayo, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

    Combine

    In a large mixing bowl, toss the cooked edamame with the mayo mixture until evenly coated.

    Add Parmesan

    Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the edamame and toss gently to combine.

    Serve

    Transfer the Fire Edamame to a serving dish and garnish with extra chili flakes if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
