Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Muddle the Mint

In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, place the fresh mint leaves. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press down on the mint leaves to release their oils and flavor.

  2. 2

    Add Fresh Fruits

Add the raspberries and strawberries to the glass with the muddled mint. Gently muddle the fruits with the mint to combine the flavors.

  3. 3

    Add Lime

Cut the lime into wedges and squeeze the juice into the glass, dropping the wedges in afterward.

  4. 4

    Sweeten the Mixture

Add the pure cane sugar to the mixture and stir gently to dissolve the sugar with the juices and muddled ingredients.

Mixing

  1. 5

    Add Rum and Lemon Juice

Pour the white rum and lemon juice into the glass with the muddled mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

  2. 6

    Top with Club Soda

Add club soda to the glass, filling it to the top. Stir gently to mix without losing the carbonation.

Garnishing and Serving

  1. 7

    Garnish

Garnish your Double Berry Mojito with a sprig of fresh mint and a few whole raspberries and strawberries on top for a beautiful presentation.

  2. 8
