Prepare the proteins
Slice the chicken breast and beef sirloin into thin strips. Ensure the shrimp is peeled and deveined.

Chop the vegetables
Slice the bell pepper, onion, and zucchini into thin strips. Mince the garlic cloves.
Cooking

Cook the chicken and beef
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and beef, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the shrimp
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and set aside with the chicken and beef.

Prepare the sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, honey, cornstarch, and water until smooth.

Combine everything
Return the cooked chicken, beef, and shrimp to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the sauce over the mixture, stirring well to coat everything. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Garnish and serve
