Method

Preparing the Burger

  1. 1

    Cook the Steakburger Patty

Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Season the steakburger patty with salt and pepper. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the hickory smoked bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 3

    Build the Burger

On the bottom half of the brioche bun, place the cooked steakburger patty. Top with a slice of cheddar cheese, followed by a generous portion of smoked pulled pork.

  2. 4

    Add Toppings

Layer the crispy onion straws on top of the pulled pork, followed by the crispy bacon slices.

  3. 5

    Finish with BBQ Sauce

Drizzle the Bucktown Stout BBQ sauce over the toppings, then place the top half of the brioche bun to complete the burger.
