    Prepare the Baguette

    Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet.

    Toast the Bread

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toast the bread slices in the oven for 5-7 minutes until they are lightly golden.

    Prepare the Topping

    Chop the tomatoes and fresh basil. Mince the garlic. In a bowl, mix together the tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

    Assemble the Bruschetta

    Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices just before serving.

Stuffed Mushrooms

    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Mushrooms

    Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely chop the stems and set aside.

    Make the Filling

    In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chopped mushroom stems, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

    Stuff the Mushrooms

    Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese filling, pressing down slightly to pack it in.

    Bake the Mushrooms

    Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until they are golden and heated through.
