Prepare the Fish

Make the batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Gradually add the Hefeweizen beer, stirring until the batter is smooth. Let it rest for about 15 minutes.

Heat the oil
In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the fish
Dip each white fish fillet into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated, and carefully place it in the hot oil. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Assemble Tacos

Prepare the tortillas
Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.

Add pineapple creme
Drizzle pineapple creme over the top of the assembled tacos.

Serve
Fold the tortillas over the fillings and serve immediately, with extra lime wedges if desired.
