Method

Pork Tenderloin Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the pork tenderloin of any excess fat and season it with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. 2

    Bread the Pork

Beat the egg in a shallow bowl. Dip the seasoned pork tenderloin in the egg, then coat it with breadcrumbs, pressing the crumbs onto the meat to adhere.

  3. 3

    Cook the Pork

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded pork tenderloin and sear until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

House-Made Pickles Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Pickle Brine

In a medium saucepan, combine white vinegar, water, salt, sugar, and dill. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the salt and sugar.

  2. 5

    Pickle the Cucumbers

Slice the cucumbers into rounds or spears. Once the brine is boiling, pour it over the cucumbers in a jar or container. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.

Welz Guy Hefeweizen Aioli Preparation

  1. 6

    Make the Aioli

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Hefeweizen beer, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste and refrigerate until ready to use.

Sandwich Assembly

  1. 7

    Assemble the Sandwich

Slice the brioche buns in half. Spread a generous amount of Welz Guy Hefeweizen aioli on the bottom half of each bun. Layer with lettuce, sliced pork tenderloin, pickles, tomato slices, and onion slices. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
