Fries

Method

Preparing the Fries

  1. 1

    Frying the Fries

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180°C (350°F). Carefully add the frozen French fries in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for about 5-7 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Assembling the Loaded Fries

  1. 2

    Layering the Toppings

Once the fries are ready, place them on a large serving platter. Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the hot fries, allowing it to melt slightly. Follow with crumbled bacon, sliced jalapeños, and chopped green onions.

  2. 3

    Serving

Serve the loaded fries immediately with a side of sour cream for dipping.
