Prepare the Glass
Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of gin and 0.5 oz of dry vermouth.

Shake with Ice
Add ice cubes to the shaker, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Prepare the Glass
Choose a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, mix 2 oz of rum, 4 oz of pineapple juice, and 1 oz of coconut cream.

Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.

Pour and Garnish
Pour the mixture over the ice in the tall glass and garnish with a pineapple slice.
