Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Form the Patty

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Form into a patty about 3/4 inch thick.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium doneness or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

Toppings Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and dry the lettuce leaf. Slice the tomato and onion into thick slices.

  2. 4

    Prepare Pickles

If using house-made pickles, ensure they are ready to serve. Otherwise, prepare your preferred pickles.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 5

    Toast the Bun

Optional: Cut the brioche bun in half and lightly toast it on the grill or in a toaster.

  2. 6

    Add the Ingredients

On the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun, layer the lettuce, followed by the cooked burger patty, then the tomato slice, onion slice, and pickles. Place the top half of the bun on the burger.
