Preparing the Cauliflower

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Prepare Cauliflower
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Season Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Baking the Cauliflower

Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the florets are golden and tender, flipping halfway through.
Making Buffalo Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, unsalted butter, and vinegar. Stir until the butter is melted and the mixture is well combined.

Coat Cauliflower
Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and toss it in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
