Method

Burger Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Shape the Patty

Form the mixture into a round patty, about 3/4 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center to prevent puffing during cooking.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patty

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese (optional)

If using cheese, place a slice on top of the patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips (fries).

  2. 6

    Season the Fries

In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.

  3. 7

    Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Assembly

  1. 8

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns lightly if desired. Place the cooked patty on the bottom half of the bun. Add lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired. Top with the other half of the bun.

  2. 9

    Serve

Serve the Brew Burger with a side of crispy fries.
