Method

Cooking the Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patty

In a bowl, combine the ground beef with blackening seasoning. Mix gently until just combined, then form into two equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Preparing the Blue Cheese Dressing

  1. 3

    Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, combine the blue cheese, Raging River IPA, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Cooking the Bacon

  1. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the hickory smoked bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and let drain on paper towels.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 5

    Build the Burger

Toast the pretzel buns lightly. On the bottom half, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a cooked burger patty, crispy bacon, sliced tomatoes, and a generous drizzle of blue cheese dressing. Top with the other half of the pretzel bun.
